– Tax Module

After setting the tax limits go to the year-end process to process the income tax module. After completing the tax process, generate different reports such as Form16, Form16A, TDS Statement, Salary Summary, Worksheet Report.

– Benefit Module

In Benefit Module, Users will get all the claims related benefits. This Module includes claim entry, increment, monthly pay-out, year-end process, and F & F process. In the report section to view the ledger report, monthly pay-out report, and claim register.

– Tax Module

In the Tax Module, Initially will set the default financial year and set the tax deduction slab limits for deductions. – Payroll Module

In the Payroll Module, HR activity is to create a new employee profile, storing employee profile, payroll process to calculate salary structure for every employee. Other HR activities such as loan entry, separation, payment stop and release, employee category transfer, activity reminder, employee code change, formula transfer, pay-sheet lock all these options are available in HRMS Software. In the Report Section, Users will generate and view the salary report and also generate the payslip for every employee.

– Leave Module

In Leave Module, Initially will set the default financial year, list of leave types available in a company, leave opening value for every leave type, list of holiday in that financial year. After complete initial stage to put a leave entry for every employee. Every month-end transfer leaves to payroll posting. In Report Section, To view the overall leave entry for the financial year.

– Email Module

In the Email Module, Users will once complete the email setting configuration. Users will send individual Payslip, Form 16, Form 16AA, Tax-slip to every employee’s individual email-id.
